Three Main Pillars ("we", "us") is a two-person independent game studio based in Portugal (European Union). This policy explains what personal data we handle when you visit threemainpillars.com or contact us, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

This website is a static site. It does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising, and it does not collect data about you automatically as you browse.

We only receive personal data when you actively give it to us:

• If you email us (e.g. hello@, support@, privacy@), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, so we can reply and keep a record of the exchange.
• If you subscribe to our newsletter (when available), we collect the email address you submit in order to send you studio updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

How your data is handled

• Email to us is delivered and stored through Zoho Mail, our email provider.
• Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Brevo, an EU-based email service acting as our data processor. Your address is stored on their platform solely to deliver our updates.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not share it except with the providers above as needed to operate the service.

Legal basis & retention

We process contact emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you, and newsletter data on the basis of your consent. We keep data only as long as it is needed: until you unsubscribe, until you ask us to delete it, or until the exchange is no longer relevant.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@threemainpillars.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Portugal, the CNPD).

Changes

We may update this policy as the studio and website grow. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
